Whisper_Watchers was born out of Culper Ring 711—a coded homage to the original Culper Spy Ring that operated under General George Washington during the Revolutionary War. From 1778 to 1781, a small network of operatives used invisible ink, cipher wheels, and dead drops to relay intelligence that helped win the war. Their names were hidden for over a century. Their impact was undeniable, and their actions unalienable.
